The people who work here are amazing! I have gotten a couple budgies from here a family member has gotten animals from here and I want to give a special thanks to Alissa for giving me lots of much needed info through Facebook messenger I hope her boss sees this because she is amazing and deserves props I highly recommend this place for any pet needs

I am amazed at how clean and well kept these animals are for the number of pets for sale. Cages were spotless, the entire place smelled fresh and the employees were wonderful. I purchased a beautiful Green Cheeked Conure, who was hand fed and beautifully raised. I was sent home with a DNA test proving he is a male along with being parasite and disease free. Store was running a promotion for Black Friday, and I got him for $200 off! I could not be happier with my purchase, and I will be recommending all my friends and family to shop here. Will absolutely be returning and plan to purchase more birds/pets from them in the future. I’ve seen some somewhat negative reviews on here, and I’m so glad I didn’t listen and experienced this place for myself. I’m proud to say I’ve purchased a pet from here! The owner should be very proud.

Best place ever to get any pet you can think of. Supplies for every species you can think of. Great pets that are kept as well as they can be. Suggest this place to any animal lover

Worked directly with Alyssa at the Dallas reptile Expo and bought an amazing Ornate Uromastyx from her and Fred. Alyssa left their booth and went out of her way to another vendor to make sure we had everything we needed for our new family member. I also was able to reach out to her later at the store and she answered all of my questions. You all are so very fortunate to have such caring owners operators in NY…there is nothing this good in Texas!!

OMG, I love this place. It was my first time going there and their prices were very fair. They are about 30 min. drive for me but so worth it. Definitely will be back.

I love this pet store everyone 🤩 is so nice and helpful. I had major issues with my tank and Amber was amazing with helping get it back to normal. She also is amazing with the reptiles we got a leopard gecko and she is very healthy. Thank you all for every thing I highly recommend anyone to go there before going anywhere else. …

This was our second trip back to Pets Plus in two years as we live a couple hours away and we weren't disappointed. Not only do they an massive large selection of freshwater and tropical fish, but also snakes, reptiles, spiders, scorpions, rabbits, guinea pigs, rabbits, and other small furry animals. They have all the pet supplies you could need for almost any animal and all their prices for anything in this store is significantly inexpensive compared to Petco and Petsmart. Their staff is extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and courteous as well. I would highly recommend taking a trip to Lockport to visit Petplus for a new pet or pet supplies over any other pet store. I cannot recommend them enough!

Purchased two animals from them. They have been great and are perfectly healthy, no issues at all. Everyone I talked to was helpful and very knowledgeable. I will shop here again.

I love this place and this is my favorite item of all I like other stuff though but right now I’m enthused with axillas. I had five gave two my husband‘s granddaughter awesome awesome. Awesome. I would recommend to anybody any day. Go there if you’re interested in any kind of pets if you need to have any questions, I’ll answer them offer. You too no attitude very nice pleasant atmosphere very good people very nice pet place

The best place to get any pet supplies but especially to get your reptiles from. They take good care of their animals and have a wide selection of unique items you don't see in other pet stores. Staff is great and they are always stocked up on live feed. Great place to go!
